Our AI assistant
The assistant on this website and on WhatsApp is an AI. It answers from Arriglen’s own information. Conversations are stored so our team can follow up and so the assistant can pick up where you left off. A person from our team can see your conversation when you ask for a person or when a reply needs one.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run this website, our messaging, email and AI replies, and they process data only to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and conversation records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
