Terms of service

These terms apply to services from Arriglen Company Limited (“Arriglen”). Your proposal or written scope sets out the details of your project and takes priority where it differs.

Scope and prices

Prices are in Kenya shillings as published in our current rate card. Ad spend, hosting, domains and WhatsApp message fees are billed separately where they apply. Work starts once the proposal is accepted and any setup fee is paid.

Monthly services

There is no long contract. Monthly services continue until either side gives 30 days’ notice. Ads and SEO need three months to be judged fairly, so we ask for a three-month minimum for those.

Ownership

You own what we build for you: your website, content, accounts and data. Payments taken through your assistant settle into your own account.

Results

We guarantee the work we agree to deliver, not market results such as rankings or sales. We report honestly on what is and is not working.

Institutions

We accept LPOs and 30-day payment terms for schools, NGOs and public bodies.
